Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or prescription eyewear.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Costs
For returns not due to defects or damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of damaged or defective products, GAZ & QAD will cover the shipping costs.
